  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer feedback to improve product performance and drive customer adoption and retention.

  • Design, build, launch, and oversee an exclusive in-house clinical training program for new graduate DVMs, creating structured pathways for General Practice, Emergency, and Urgent Care.
  • Provide structured mentorship and clinical development through case reviews, surgical debriefs, and coaching to support clinical decision-making, surgery, and client communication.
  • Travel to support in-field training, facilitate wet labs, and ensure program adoption while tracking key metrics like time to productivity, surgical competency, and retention of early-career DVMs.
