The Business Analyst is part of the TouchWorks Solutions team, reporting to the Director of Solutions Management. Business Analysts function as Product Owners for a given agile scrum team, playing a critical role within Development. The PO will assume responsibility for a specific area of our product and be responsible for working with Solutions Management to decompose requirements into their functional parts and drive feature development.
