As a key member of a passionate team, this role involves creating estimates, studies, analyses, and evaluations at all levels of project development. You will provide conceptual-level estimates, detailed quantity take-off, change order reviews/reconciliations, and value engineering solutions, ensuring a quality product is presented to the client.

Create and maintain 3D models in Revit for architecture, MEP, and structural systems. Support design development and ensure accurate, clash-free model coordination. Assist in producing construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs. Help with visualization - renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations.
