Manage the turnover process of new and remodeled stores from Construction to Operations, including punch list development. Review Contract Documents for concept adherence. Manage bid process for general contractors. Supervise contractors and Insomnia Cookies vendors. Support permit approval and document content. Work with new store coordinator on equipment requisition and delivery. Ensure compliance to building codes and ADA.
