You'll ensure content meets NerdWallet’s editorial standards and supports audience growth and business goals. Working closely with content creators and cross-functional partners pitching, scripting, editing, and reviewing video content from concept to delivery ensuring it’s engaging, accurate, and impactful. You'll also contribute to strategy, manage production timelines, and help guide creators through editorial and technical processes.

Lead the development and management of patient-facing materials across multiple channels. Responsible for planning, writing, and organizing educational content that helps patients understand and navigate their care. Work with clinical, product, and support teams to identify common questions, create helpful resources, and maintain them over time. Help manage the production of content using internal and external collaborators like video editors, copywriters, and medical experts.
