Primary responsibilities: successfully guide a cohort of Fellows, develop program curriculum, understand job opportunities, & monitor fellow progression. Coaches know qualities needed for internships & careers. They nurture Fellows' skills & hold them accountable. Ideal candidate: understands college internships, corporate talent needs & has high emotional intelligence.
