As a GRC Analyst you will help build the battens and transoms that will lift up our business continuity and resilience. You will Collaborate with the engineering team to define and enhance the organization's security posture, implement, monitor, and maintain various security frameworks, with a focus on regulatory compliance standards.

Automate vendor due diligence and security questionnaires, streamline vendor security assessments and client security questionnaires, minimizing manual tasks while ensuring accuracy. Enhance compliance as code tooling to automate monitoring, reporting, and reduce friction for other teams to remain compliant. Conduct risk assessments based on CIS or NIST frameworks, document findings, and help teams achieve compliance efficiently.

Help guarantee the safety and standards of applications and networks. Working with engineering squads across product and platform engineering, you will ensure applications are safe and compliant with internal requirements, maintaining and improving our defensive security program.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and governing secure architectures that enable UiPath’s Agentic Automation. You will ensure that security principles are seamlessly integrated into all layers of enterprise architecture, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements. This is a highly collaborative role, interfacing with technical and business teams to drive innovation while safeguarding enterprise assets.
