The Incident Response (IR) Engagement Manager is the primary contact for the Client, Counsel, and Partner(s) throughout the engagement, responsible for the overall quality of each IR engagement. This role involves scoping new engagements, generating Statements of Work, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The manager will also lead incident response plans, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in on-call schedules.
