Lead the development of next-generation audio models and processing pipelines at Gladia — from architecture exploration and model training to large-scale deployment, requiring deep audio expertise and hands-on experience bringing advanced models into real-world production environments. The ideal candidate has trained and deployed neural audio models at scale.

Responsible for using LLM, ASR and other NLP techniques to automate the annotation of corpora of linguistic fieldwork, including morphological segmentation and interlinear glosses. Create novel combinations of LLM, NLP, and ASR to achieve performance that surpasses the state of the art in morphological segmentation and interlinear glossing. Design and conduct suites of experiments and assist with corpus creation and manipulation.
