The Senior Analyst will drive efforts around demand and headcount forecasting based on marketing efforts and new bookings with key stakeholders, providing insights on variance to prior forecasts across clients, service lines and channels. They will also assist in defining the requirements for key data pipelines & reporting, playing a critical role in allowing Included Health to grow at scale.

Manage the day to day modelling and reporting of the forecast change process and being accountable for seeking 1st line approvals of any changes that impact COps cost or headcount. Ensuring accurate reporting of FTE, cost and workload impacts in various stakeholder-facing forums. Responsible for building and maintaining custom reporting / dashboards for Workforce Management, e.g. shrinkage, adherence, handle time, etc. in Looker.
