This critical, hands-on role owns the EPIC operational database (ODB) environments, performs environment setup and configuration, proactive monitoring, and maintenance. They own the creation and lifecycle of the EPIC Cache ODB environments that serve production, reporting, disaster recovery, training, and non-production needs. They install and maintain the administrative and monitoring tools necessary for high levels of availability and performance of the Epic system.
