The Business Intelligence function under FP&A is responsible for the analytical rigor behind reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will partner with various business and technical functions to catalogue reporting needs and lead workflow improvements, driving efficiencies across the organization and helping senior leadership gain deeper insight into business performance.

The Senior Analyst will drive efforts around demand and headcount forecasting based on marketing efforts and new bookings with key stakeholders, providing insights on variance to prior forecasts across clients, service lines and channels. They will also assist in defining the requirements for key data pipelines & reporting, playing a critical role in allowing Included Health to grow at scale.
