You will work with a close-knit group of mobile build engineers, enabling mobile engineers to consistently deliver iOS and Android updates and features to over 75 Million Life360 families. Responsibilities include taking ownership of monitoring/alerting/logging management and working closely with Engineering teams on processes and tooling.

Oversee and coordinate the technical, peripheral, and management aspects of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps requirements, also identify and address product bugs and performance bottlenecks. As a technical expert in Cloud Infrastructure Support, you will implement automation/DevOps best practices for CI/CD, IaC, and Containerization, while performing Linux/Windows administration and scripting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects and resolve technical challenges for customers.

Support existing CI/CM systems, including maintenance, configuration, and updates. You'll also support existing environments, both local and at the customer's site. Detect and resolve issues on environments related to network, servers, services, and storage. Provide deployment and delivery process support. Work hand in hand with great DevOps engineers building out DevOps best practices in the federal space. This includes creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, creating infrastructure with Terraform, writing Ansible playbooks, and building tools. Must be a US Citizen and able to attain low-level security clearance.
