The Lead DevOps Engineer will drive Nextech’s DevOps initiatives, providing daily technical direction and mentorship while collaborating with the DevOps Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. This role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership responsibilities, working closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Software Engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure and automation strategies.

Scope Solution Build and Installation Products: IBM Transformation Extender (“ITX”) IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (“ITX-A”) IBM Transformation Extender Pack for Healthcare (“ITX-A-HCP”). Environments: Non-Production Development and Quality Assurance (QA). Production Environment & application validation. Configure foundational features in the base application architecture.
