Manage all aspects of the internal beta and production app release process. Lead operations for Production iOS and Android releases on a rotational basis. Communicate all key release milestones, requirements and changes to the organization. Continuously assess risk factors to our Production users and actively drive mitigation strategies. Provide after-hours support as necessary.

Responsible for the daily monitoring of the company's existing business systems and cloud servers, and handles common problems in system use; responsible for the daily monitoring and problem handling of related components of basic service products on the public cloud platform to ensure system performance, quality and security; and 7*24 hour shifts to respond to fault handling.
