Manage a team of DevOps engineers and assess infrastructure systems, policies, and procedures from a DevOps perspective to oversee optimal functioning of our server infrastructure. Oversee analysis and evaluation of performance, reliability, health, security, and scalability to establish project scope, plans, resources, and timelines. Collaborate with development teams to identify DevOps requirements and specifications.

As a member of the Messaging team, you will help build the future of Reddit by developing a vision for asynchronous communication tooling. Your work will span engineering services and promoting event driven architectures, directly impacting hundreds of millions of users. You will work collaboratively with a team of software engineers to create and maintain the foundational platform for running Reddit’s infrastructure.
