Performance Designer

Shape the visual direction of paid video, paid social, blog posts, performance marketing campaigns, and various other e-commerce initiatives, while collaborating closely with the video and marketing teams to drive results. The work will help hit acquisition goals and fund clean water and sanitation projects around the world. The candidate will develop static paid ads for campaigns and collaborate with the video team to provide graphics for animations.
