LMI seeks a highly motivated Senior Learning Experience Designer to serve as a Functional Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ATIS Learning, requiring expertise in Army training processes and learning management systems, focusing on leveraging the Moodle platform to support Army learning, collaborating to enhance ATIS capabilities.

Contribute to the continuing education content development process by using technology to design and support engaging live and on-demand online learning experiences, with webinar production skills being critical to this role. Work collaboratively with external subject matter experts to produce quality, relevant continuing education content. This is a full-time W2 remote position.

Partner with organizations to design bespoke learning strategies that drive change, develop and deliver dynamic learning assets, including workshops, webinars, and online courses. Manage key client accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of learning services in collaboration with internal teams.

As a strategic resource, you will partner with stakeholders to build training deliverables, including eLearning and virtual workshops, to improve learner outcomes and reduce onboarding times. This role involves setting the learning strategy for Customer Operations, designing learning solutions, & leading the administrative aspects of our LMS system.

The eLearning Course Developer plays a crucial role in the creation and enhancement of educational and training eLearning courses for both internal and external purposes. Develop engaging learning artifacts including asynchronous eLearning training and education courses, instructional videos, and job aids. Provide direct support to the instructional designer to design and develop effective learning experiences.
