The dbt Community is one of the most vibrant, global communities in data, and in this role, you’ll work across the entire community team, co-owning the roadmap and building the repeatable systems that power our programs, events, and digital surfaces. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Community and DX to set quarterly goals and strategic direction, then lead the operational execution to bring them to life. Whether it’s scaling a global meetup program, launching a new engagement surface, or optimizing an existing workflow, your job is to make our work more effective, scalable, and measurable.
