As the Renewal Specialist, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction. You'll work directly with customers and collaborate across multiple internal teams including Sales, Solution Architects, Deal Desk, and Accounting to create a seamless renewal experience. You'll be instrumental in developing the renewal function at dbt Labs while working remotely with our global distributed team.

This person will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience from intake to completion, managing program delivery across 100+ customer accounts, and driving continuous improvements to our internal systems and processes. You’ll collaborate closely with Training, Onboarding, and Sales teams to ensure each Private Academy experience is seamless, repeatable, and impactful.

You'll collaborate with subject matter experts who share a vision for how organizations should consume business metrics, building a distributed, highly available system that empowers customers to proactively answer their most crucial business questions. Mentor teammates and serve as a technical lead, designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and highly available systems. Our first dedicated Cloud Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud network infrastructure. This is an opportunity to establish the practice of network engineering as you help our Infrastructure team support and expand our flagship dbt Cloud offering in AWS and Azure, with possibilities of further expansion. The role will include designing resilient network architectures with an eye for availability, scalability, and security.

Manage dbt Lab’s largest accounts to initial product adoption while ensuring an amazing start to their customer journey. Clearly communicate with customer’s about account setup requirements and expectations, align on best practices, and motivate key stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, professional services, support, and training to deliver a superior customer experience in a condensed period of time. Meet with prospective dbt Cloud customers to assess which service experience makes sense for them.
