Field Marketing Director - EMEA

We are seeking a Marketing Director, EMEA to build and lead our marketing efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a critical role supporting our EMEA sales organisation in driving pipeline creation and increasing brand presence in key markets. You’ll own pipeline generation as your primary KPI and be expected to travel at least 30% of your time. You'll own the EMEA field marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth and across multiple regions and market segments (enterprise, commercial, strategic). You'll partner closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing programs with revenue goals, territory plans, and market dynamics. Ensure regional campaigns are aligned with global campaigns, key partners in each country, and sales goals. It is important to build strong relationships with regional customers, identifying advocates and amplifying success stories through events and campaigns.
