Run and improve inclusive employee experience programs that support virtual and local connection, recognition and effective ways of working. Build effective communications plans to support program rollout and drive engagement.
Create self-serve resources that support async-first, globally distributed work and maintain internal documentation in Notion to keep things clear and accessible. Gather feedback and track adoption using data and recommend improvements based on whatβs working. Work closely with DEI, Workplace, Internal Comms, and Talent teams to align on messaging, timing, and delivery. Support key moments in the employee journey and identify new opportunities to solve friction points.
