Looking to hire a Sales Director to join the Revenue Team who will be responsible for building out dbt Labs' enterprise customer base within various regions in the US. The ideal person will be a proactive and curious member of the growing Sales team, identifying new business with prospects and growth opportunities for clients. Will own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects, organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise, and win 20 new dbt Cloud Enterprise customers per year (after ramp).
Will lead and contribute to team projects that develop dbt Labs' sales process, work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap, become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations and will be an active member of the dbt open source community.
