We’re looking to hire a Sales Director to join the Revenue Team to be responsible for building out our enterprise customer base across the South Central region. The ideal person will be a proactive and curious member of our growing Sales team, identifying new business with prospects and growth opportunities for clients. A certain level of foresight and knowledge working with intrinsic sales cycles will take this individual confidently into the future of dbt Labs.

We're looking to grow our Sales Development team to help us meet growing demand and continue to craft and build our inbound and outbound strategy. This person will be based in Costa Rica and work fully remote. In this role, you can expect to handle inbound leads from the growth and enterprise business and begin to define our outbound strategy via various channels.

You will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our enterprise customer base across Canada. You will be a proactive, curious, and results-driven member of our expanding Sales team, focused on identifying new business opportunities with prospects and uncovering growth potential for our clients. You will have a strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to anticipate future trends.
