Corporate Counsel

Looking for a strategic and business-oriented Corporate Counsel to join the legal team and support a wide range of corporate legal functions. In this role, you’ll lead key initiatives across governance, financings, securities compliance, and strategic transactions, while partnering closely with various teams across the company. You will advise on a broad spectrum of corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, board and stockholder matters, and subsidiary management. You will manage and support equity and debt financings, including due diligence, negotiation, and execution. This role will also support M&A and other strategic transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and post-closing integration.
