The Senior Production Planner is responsible for managing all production planning activities needed to meet early to late phase clinical and process development manufacturing requirements, coordinating and improving the production planning function through the implementation of planning best practices and active participation in the development of an ERP system.
In this role, you will deliver customer service that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability by providing timely service and support for all Bioprocess products and accessories. You will perform installation, start-up, repairs, calibrations, operator training and maintenance on all Bioprocess products, acting as the primary liaison between all North America customers and colleagues regarding service, parts and support for these products.
You will be responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring packaging orders, taking into account capacities, material availability and delivery dates; coordinate all interfaces between production, logistics, purchasing, quality control and quality assurance; ensure that all packaging materials are available on time. You will also actively optimize packaging processes and material flows to increase efficiency and adherence to schedules.
