We are looking for a Lido Staking Analyst with proven experience driving the profitability of a staking fleet. You will strategise and work collaboratively to enhance Nimbus's Lido fleet, focusing primarily on strategies that maximize profits and ensure competitiveness. Essentially, you will own the staking strategy roadmap towards profitability and long-term sustainability.

The Head of DeFi will identify the DeFi strategy for Era across the crypto landscape, and execute on turning Era into a leading liquidity hub. The role involves identifying traditional DeFi opportunities, X-Border payments, deep liquidity strategies, and strategic bets in tokenization of RWAs, while managing relationships with DeFi protocols.
