Act as a subject matter expert for multiple Arcadia products. Serve as a key liaison between Product and Customer Management teams. Drive the implementation of UI, SQL, and JSON-based configurations and assist with basic application issue troubleshooting. Engage directly with clients and serve as a strategic advisor throughout product implementations.
