In this role, you will build and oversee medical coding compliance / standards, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, and leading initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in coding and documentation practices. Consulting experience and a strong background in establishing coding compliance functions will be highly valuable.

Evaluate and mitigate legal, ethical, and financial risks. Implement an effective Compliance Plan to prevent and detect violations of law, and promote an organizational culture that encourages a commitment to compliance. Oversee all legal affairs, including contracts and regulatory matters, and coordinate risk management activities across the enterprise.
