Serve as the senior-most legal advisor to HealthX Partners Affiliated Group, reporting directly to the CEO. The role will oversee all legal functions and provide strategic legal counsel across the network of affiliated entities, branch offices, for profit and or nonprofit subsidiaries. The role ensures legal compliance, mitigates risks, and upholds ethical business practices, all while supporting and advancing the goals of the HealthX Partners Affiliated Group.
