This is a remote role that can sit anywhere across the US. Responsibilities include managing contract administration, redlining and editing contract language, assisting with legal reviews, engaging with department leaders on renewals, and contributing to negotiations. You will also maintain contract repositories and act as a point of contact for contract-related questions, developing standard agreement templates.
