The Game Client Solutions Analyst will support ZAM’s agency business in coordinating effective communications, reporting and project tracking between internal and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional organizational ability, problem solving and communication skills in order to ensure projects are executed to the satisfaction of clients.

Shape marketing, product development, and business strategy by uncovering key insights. Design and execute surveys, conduct user interviews and focus groups, and collaborate with product teams. Analyze research, identify patterns, and translate insights into strategic recommendations, working closely with marketing, product, design, and business strategy teams.
