Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking BCBAs to deliver quality care and improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, designing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and providing family support. The role requires a valid BCBA certificate and experience with children diagnosed with autism.

This is a telehealth position where you'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise, train, and support RBTs. You will evaluate client progress, attend team meetings, maintain client confidentiality, and communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements.
