The Claims Manager manages the Claims staff and requires strong leadership. This role can be remote. Responsibilities include managing the employment cycle, file reviews, controlling expenses, strategizing with staff, and understanding coverage and contract law. Additional responsibilities include managing projects and handling complex claims.
