The Manager, Workforce Planning will develop strategic initiatives for the A+ Patient Engagement teams enhancing experiences for agents, patients, and practices, while optimizing staffing for SLA’s. Generates reports and dashboards to identify trends for omnichannel campaigns. This role monitors productivity, guides shift planning, and oversees outbound campaigns, ensuring achievement of utilization and occupancy goals.
