VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide chronic disease management programs to a private client in Milford, MA. The Physician will participate in our telemedicine multiweek Metabolic Health Program, which focuses on chronic disease management for conditions such as prediabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and specific exclusion of Diabetes.
