The Revenue Cycle, Billing, and Collections Processor – Level II performs insurance and self-pay account resolution activities, including claim appeals; researches with high level of detail to ensure timely account resolution; gathers and submits information for timely resolution of issues; and consistently meets and exceeds established productivity and quality standards.
