The Trade Specialist is responsible for the scope and pricing review of our occupied service requests in an assigned region. This person will manage a queue of tasks, support cross-functional operations teams, and contribute to our standardized pricing tools. Responsibilities include using maintenance knowledge to review and validate estimates, share knowledge with internal teams, and liaise with vendors.
