As a Risk Services Specialist, you will visit customer's site locations to inspect their facilities to identify potential risks, perform detailed risk assessments, meet with clients and underwriters to discuss your findings, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks. You'll partner with underwriters with risk selection, to influence the profitability and retention of the account.

Lead the design and management of training and quality assurance programs for Fraud & Payments Operations, driving team performance. Build and mentor a high-performing team, empowering them with the skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with leadership to set and monitor KPIs, implementing improvements.
