Lead the team responsible for the development and implementation of the Defense Health Agency’s web and mobile technology program, including establishing a software factory approach to web and mobile development. The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program performance, including achieving program operational objectives, achieving financial commitments, and the management of operational and financial risks.
Nava is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Principal Project Manager to support a key strategic program with an external customer. The ideal candidate will have technical and project management skills, with a track record leading project management teams. The DPM will work with the Program Manager to create reporting systems, quality control measures, and execution plans. The role may require travel to New Jersey for onsite meetings.
