Responsible for scoping, planning, and executing projects within Ballard Spahr’s Project Management Office (PMO). This individual will exercise discretion, build relationships, and develop plans while leading diverse project teams to achieve successful delivery. Possesses demonstrable proficiency in waterfall and some knowledge of agile concepts. Involves building project charters, scoping custom and packaged vendor solutions, and managing project financials.
