Bring clarity to a fast-moving and rapidly evolving startup by establishing and iterating on processes, and helping teams stay aligned and accountable across competing priorities.

Partner with Data engineering & product teams to build/enhance data driven decision making across multiple areas in Airbnb. Collaborate with various technical leaders to successfully deliver major programs across all of Engineering to ensure we have the data we need to support our most critical use cases. Showcase the team’s work in front of senior leaders, clearly communicate trade-offs, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
