The candidate will be part of a team implementing a large, enterprise system for the NYC Department of Education. This role is open to remote candidates, though if possible, those that can come in 2-3 times a week would be ideal. This a contract role, specifically for this project.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and culturally aware Localization QA/Testing Manager to lead linguistic and functional QA testing across multiple languages, devices, and markets. This role is essential to ensuring that localized user experiences are accurate, contextually appropriate, and culturally resonant across the globe, and that QA testing efforts are aligned with the overall Quality Program strategy.
