We’re looking for a Live Operations Specialist to deliver a smooth, engaging, and high-performing social live casino experience to our players. Key responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operations, monitoring key performance metrics and working closely with game providers and internal teams to resolve issues and optimise social live casino offerings.

Raise the bar on how organizations reach a mobile audience. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role needed. Document and troubleshoot errors, with familiarity in Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
