The Temporary Senior Supplier Quality Specialist works within the OLLY Quality team to execute, track, and report on all activities related to supplier quality programs. This role is responsible for providing operational quality support to suppliers and internal partners related to investigations, CAPAs, qualification activities, and supplier performance.
Oversee Quality Assurance for on-market products from commercialization through end of life, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including product specifications, formula approvals, and audit documentation. Manage Third-Party Testing, coordinating all ongoing testing activities, ensuring appropriate record retention of results, Certificates of Analysis, and other relevant documentation.
Build team capacity and individual testing skills providing scalable structure. Lead the team in setup and compliance with quality assurance standards. Monitor and improve quality assurance processes and procedures in line with latest testing technologies. Facilitate communication within different technical teams within engineering. Participate in presales initiatives and project estimations for testing activities.
