This role is ideal for a construction professional passionate about developing talent and improving team performance. You will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and management training programs across a large construction team. Acting as a mentor and advisor, you will identify skills gaps, create personalized development plans and ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and competencies required for major transmission and infrastructure projects.
