The Director, Go-To-Market Enablement will develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy, equipping go-to-market teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to achieve business outcomes. This individual will lead the GTM Enablement team and collaborate with cross-functional business partners to deliver enablement content, and oversee onboarding and role-specific curriculum.

Support sellers to deliver added value to end customers in order to meet and beat revenue expectations. Lead GTM enablement programs for Samsara’s product solutions with an emphasis on Asset Management and Safety & Risk. Support company-wide change management initiatives for sellers to increase productivity throughout the sales cycle. Maintain full end-to-end ownership of solution based training strategy and enablement materials.
