This role is 100% focused on building Balto's SEO strategy—researching, executing, and optimizing for top-performing industry keywords to drive organic growth. You will develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility involving content development, technical SEO and UX improvements, link building, and optimizing content for AI-driven search results.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects from concept through deployment to enhance the performance of our digital presence. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of SEO and content strategies, lead content development, and act as a content strategist.
