Lead the strategic development and execution of social media for Brew Digital and its parent company, The Adaptavist Group (TAG). This role requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. Mentor junior team members, contribute to agency growth through client pitches, and act as a key advisor to the Group CMO and Head of Digital Marketing.

Build a brand reputation by representing BURGA's voice in discussions about BURGA product in different channels. Help to build engaging social media accounts to create a strong community of true BURGA lovers. Engage with communities across various social media platforms by responding to comments and messages. Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
