You will lead and guide customers throughout their technical journey with Kong, ensuring they receive the utmost value from their investment in our products. You'll serve as a technical advisor, consulting teams through the architecture, implementation, deployment, and rollout phases of Kong technology and setting them up for long-term success. You will be responsible for building end to end solution architecture, solutions, addressing technical challenges.
